October 23, 2020.  Professor Jootaek Lee gives virtual presentation of his paper, Paradox of Hierarchy and Conflicts of Values: International Law, Human Rights, and Global Governance.  The paper examines how in an international society, hierarchies are set up differently among different countries based on different values, which naturally conflict with each other and result in unstable conditions.
