September 11, 2020. Professor Katie Eyer’s article, Claiming Disability, is forthcoming in the Boston University Law Review. In the Article, she explores the reasons why many individuals do not self-identify as disabled, as well as the reasons why encouraging greater disability self-identification may be important to disability rights.
