Professor Neil Wise on Presentation on Environmental Law to Chinese Delegation
September 25, 2019. The Int’l office sponsored a 17 member group of municipal employees from a province in China. Professor Neil Wise talk gave a brief overview of U.S. environmental law, and focused on “Cradle to Grave Regulation of Hazardous/Toxic Materials.” Wise power point was translated, and a translator accompanied Wises’ talk.
